Life is truly all about balance. You do not always need to be getting stuff done. Sometimes, it is perfectly okay, even necessary, to shutdown, kick back and chill out.

Just for today, I balance my life between work, rest and play. My mind and my body are in perfect balance. I am a harmonious being and everything in my life works now and forevermore. And so it is.
