Your relationship with yourself determines your relationship with everything else.The more you are willing to love yourself, in all your messy glory, the less you will go searching for happiness in the wrong places. And, when you are comforted by your own self-love, you will no longer need to find comfort through external fixes. Today, begin to become aware that in truth people love you for who you are, not who you think they want you to be. All the happiness and love that you have been looking for outside of yourself can finally be yours when you stop chasing it outside and start choosing to love and accept yourself exactly as you are.

Just for today, as I move through the layers of other people's opinions and beliefs, I see within myself a magnificent being, wise and beautiful. I love what I see in me. I know that people love me when I am myself. I allow other people to love me and see my greatness. I now discover how wonderful I am. I am always safe and protected and all is truly well in my world. And so it is.
