Virgo season begins
Today, the Sun leaves Leo and Virgo season begins. This season is an invitation to remember that the "sacred" resides in the ordinary. For you see, we are entering a time of realignment, a time to cultivate devotion while immersed in mundane tasks. Virgo season is an opportunity to embrace humility while making sure we are not shaming or punishing ourselves for our imperfections. This season offers us a chance to redirect our focus and recognize where our energy gets scattered or drained.
We are being called to release patterns of perfectionism and renew our commitment to our personal and spiritual growth without self-blame and self-judgment. Virgo season invites us to be aware of the importance of details and take care of what might seem small or insignificant, knowing that how we do one thing is how we do everything. This is a time to bring more reverence into our routines, to recognize that the seemingly ordinary aspects of daily life can be infused with mindfulness and intention. Virgo teaches us that service is not about self-sacrifice or self-abandonment, but about being committed to showing up with integrity, humility, and care, for both ourselves and others. This is a time to bring order where there is chaos, to clean up, to declutter, and to get clear about what matters most.
So, today, set your intentions to use the Virgo energy to prioritize your health and well-being. Today, set your intentions to break free from the cage of perfectionism, change up your daily routines, and radically restructure your beliefs about health, healing, work, and service. Today, begin to focus on creating healthy habits in your mind, body, and spirit. Let this be a season of getting organized and clear on what you want moving forward, of wise decision making based on your intuition and of healing old wounds- individually, collectively and for our planet.
Just for today, I go within and connect with the parts of myself that knows how to heal. I know that healing means to make whole and accept all parts of myself not just the ones that I like, but all of me. I affirm that I have the power to heal myself and that I am worth the time I spend healing and nurturing myself. I am safe. I am willing to change and everything is working out for my highest good. And so it is.
