Letting go of control is hard, especially in times of uncertainty. We want to control outcomes, situations, others’ reactions, or our environment. And, the more uncertain the situation, the more we cling to attempts to control it. However, ironically, in our attempt to control everything, we end up spiraling out of control. Today, create some quiet time to see and feel where you are trying to control the outcome of everything. See and feel where you are resisting the changes that are happening in your life that you, in truth, cannot control. Today, choose to remain flexible and to go with the flow instead of resisting, struggling, and suffering because things are happening outside your control. Today, set your intentions to allow things to be as they are. Today, recognize that your greatest power is in learning how to trust and allowing things to be as they are. When you focus on your desires with a sense of non-attachment to exactly how they unfold, it releases the blocks and opens you up to greater opportunity. Today, allow yourself to release the need to control everything and everyone. And know that sometimes you need to relax and remind yourself that you’re doing the best you can and everything is going to turn out just for your highest good, even without your constant input and need to control everything. Today, accept that you can only control your own actions, and by doing that, you can rest easy, knowing that in the end, you will be just fine. In the end, you will be better off for your experiences. In the end, everything will be okay. Today, let go of your need to control and allow things to be as they are.

Just for today, I trust in the perfection of divine timing and allow my life to unfold as it should. I trust my intuition. I am willing to listen to the small still voice inside me and when I do I hear all the answers to all the questions I shall every ask. I am always safe, divinely guided, protected and loved. Everything is working out for my highest good and out of this situation only good will come. And so it is.
