Today, I'm told by my astrology friends is the luckiest day of the year because of Jupiter is aligning with its pal, Sagittarius. However, many of us believe that luck is for someone else- for other people who we perceive as doing better than us or had more help or advantages than we did. Luck, in reality, is an illusion. Although you cannot control everything that happens, you can break the habit of attributing things to luck and instead, embrace your ability to make positive change for your future.By dismissing the illusion of luck and embracing your own ability to change your life for the better, you are empowered to then make your own luck. Luck is far from being a mystical power that is out of your control, or something that can be stored in amulets or charms, luck comes from deep within yourself. It is something you can create with nothing more than a shift in your perspective, a realignment of your attitude. Today, embrace this new outlook with an open-heart and a positive attitude, free of the negativity and powerlessness associated with the cycle of luck. Challenges are unavoidable in life, but when you consider yourself the creator of your own luck, you set yourself up for success and happiness. Today, make the change, and remember: the grass is always greener where you water it. Get lucky today!

Just for today, I recognize that Life is very simple. I create my experiences with my thinking and feeling patterns. And, what I believe about myself and my life becomes true for me. I choose to believe that I am an unlimited being, receiving from an unlimited source in an unlimited way. I am blessed beyond my fondest dreams and I am grateful for all my blessings. And so it is.
