You are safe, it is only change. At any moment you have the opportunity of choosing love or fear. Love is the opposite of fear. The more you are willing to love and trust who you are, the more you will attract those qualities to yourself. When you are on a streak of really being frightened, upset, worried or just not liking yourself, isn’t it amazing how everything goes wrong in your life? It’s the same when you really love yourself. Everything starts to go on a winning streak, and you get the green lights and the parking spaces. You get up in the morning and the day flows beautifully. Today, recognize that you have the power to change your experience and you can do that right now by looking within for your power and strength and then be willing to change! Today is the day that you recognize that in truth you are always safe, loved and protected, you just have to trust.

Just for today, I feel safe and secure in my world. I am safe in the Universe and all Life loves and supports me. I am safe, it is only change. And so it is.
